Per the front desk agent, the GM who is the CFPM is out of town. ***R This is a repeat violation. *** Ensure that there is a CFPM on-site during all hours of prep / service. Recommend having another CFPM on-site who is a designated breakfast employee. - 2-102.12: (A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. -Ceiling opening that was noted last inspection has been fixed. -There were some small areas of missing drywall. Per the PIC, they just had plumbing leaks fixed and the drywall will be repaired shortly. -Ensure allergen sign is posted in a conspicuous area. -Interior of ice machine was clean. Ensure that facility is attempting to clean the hard water buildup on the exterior of the ice machine. |
